3. Users shall not use their honeybb accounts or the Service to make, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following contents that interfere with the normal operation of honeybb or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Containing any sex or sexual implication;
(2) Content of abuse, intimidation and threats;

2. Users shall not use their honeybb account or the Service to do any of the following:

VIII. Account termination instructions

Except for the intellectual property rights of the advertisements in the Service, the intellectual property rights of the contents provided by honeybb in the Service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) shall be owned by honeybb, unless the Member has legally acquired the intellectual property rights of the contents posted by itself.
3. Copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights of the software provided by honeybb in providing the Service shall be owned by honeybb.
The copyright or trademark rights of the graphics, words or their composition, and other honeybb logos, products and service names involved in the Service shall be owned by honeybb.
